A scheme once left exposed to the elements is now nearing completion, with 74 new affordable homes taking shape at The Mannings in Shoreham-by-Sea.

The Mannings was handed to HG mid-build after the previous contractor became insolvent, leaving an incomplete concrete frame, a non-compliant façade and extensive remediation works required before construction could progress.

We’re now in the final stages of delivery for Southern Housing, our sixth scheme together, bringing 74 homes for shared ownership and social rent, including 14 social housing units, towards completion.
