What a great day we had for our topping out ceremony at East Village with the project team coming together to celebrate this important milestone.

Our East Village Scheme is an affordable homes development for QDD, a joint venture between QatariDiar and Delancey, with 48 homes across 6 levels, ground floor retail space and space for community use.

The homes have been designed to reduce environmental impact and carbon emissions, and offer improved accessibility, security, and space. The design also incorporates open space with a Neighbourhood Equipped Area of Play (NEAP).

We are delighted to be involved in the scheme and will share further updates along the construction journey.
