It may not be the tallest building we’ve ever topped out, but the views certainly are second to none! We were delighted to gather at Silverstone racetrack to mark the topping out of Escapade Silverstone – a landmark scheme comprising 60 contemporary new residences and a clubhouse designed by Twelve Architects & Masterplanners.

The stunning residences feature a unique eye-catching design, with fabulous light-filled entertaining spaces internally. The two-storey clubhouse will boast an indoor swimming pool and sauna along with treatment rooms on the ground floor, with floor-to-ceiling windows and comfortable dining facilities on the first floor as well as an 8.5 metre-high roof terrace.

The scheme is targeting BREEAM Very Good with sustainable elements including air source heat pumps, electric car charging and tree planting.

It’s been a fantastic team effort to date and we look forward to continuing to make great progress on this unique and exciting project!
