HG Construction gathered with HG Living, Pension Insurance Corporation plc and project partners to celebrate the topping out of our Milton Keynes ‘Arbour’ scheme this week – a landmark Build-to-Rent scheme for the city.

Guests enjoyed pizza, ice-cream and stunning rooftop views as we marked the project milestone in style and provided guests with a tour of the site. We have a fantastic team on board to deliver this scheme and we are very proud of the excellent progress made to date.

The £80m Build-to-Rent scheme is centrally located in Milton Keynes and comprises 306 high quality, energy efficient residential apartments. We are targeting a 4* Homes Quality Mark rating, a minimum gold WiredScore rating and a minimum EPC rating of ‘B’.  The development boasts a superb range of amenities including a 24-hour concierge, residents’ lounge, gym, fitness studio, sky lounge and multi-use games room.
