We had a great afternoon celebrating the topping out of our London Road site – a stylish Brighton-based scheme for McLaren Property. Guests enjoyed a pop up bar, fish and chips and ice-cream on the rooftop!

It was the perfect opportunity to celebrate our progress to date and to catch up with the project team, as well as representatives of the London Road Area Local Action Team.

The scheme will deliver high quality student accommodation with 156 beds, two large external student courtyards and ground floor communal space. The design also includes circa. 5,000 sq ft of retail space on the London Road frontage.

This is our fourth scheme in the Brighton area and we have enjoyed getting to know the local area and getting involved with local community projects.

London Road offers a vibrant, thriving location for students, ideally placed for local universities. We look forward to sharing further updates as the scheme progresses.
