We had a great day topping out London’s joint-largest Premier Inn with client Dominvs Group, along with partners.

Designed by Stirling Prize winning architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, the part-ten, part-five storey 400-bedroom hotel is set to boost the hotel offering in the Hammersmith area. A new public realm will be introduced at ground level, including a plaza doubling as an event space for the benefit of visitors and the local community.

Sustainability is a key theme for this BREAAM Excellent scheme, with the rooftop being utilised for air source heat pump infrastructure, solar panels and biodiverse green and blue rainwater storage.

The topping out ceremony was a great opportunity to celebrate the team’s progress to date. We look forward to continuing to work collaboratively with Dominvs and the wider team and seeing this high quality, sustainable scheme come to life.
