An impressive looking scheme from all angles – our recently completed project for Related Argent at Tottenham Hale North Island.

The fourth building in Related Argent’s ‘Heart of Hale’ scheme, this development comprises 136 new homes including 80 shared ownership and 56 market sale, with 3000 sq ft commercial space – located just moments from Tottenham Hale station.

It forms an integral part of Tottenham Hale’s exciting regeneration which involves the creation of much needed green spaces, improved road networks, retail and leisure hubs, a health centre and affordable housing for the area.

In line with our commitment to delivering social value through our schemes, we maximised opportunities for local employment, apprenticeships, and work experience placements throughout the construction of this scheme, as well as taking part in career education workshops and charitable initiatives.

This was HG Construction’s first scheme for Related Argent and we are proud to have played a part in bringing this exciting scheme to life and contributing to the transformation of this now thriving location.
