We’re making great progress at our Tunbridge Wells retirement village scheme for Elysian Residences Ltd, which being delivered in a joint venture with Octopus Real Estate.

Located close to Tunbridge Wells town centre, the new urban scheme comprises three luxury apartment buildings with 89 apartments. Facilities include a lounge and library, restaurant and bar, function room, guest suite, gym and treatment rooms, as well as landscaped communal gardens.

Blocks A and B buildings are now weather tight, internal fitout has started and is progressing across all floors. Externally, the brick work and render are underway. We look forward to sharing more updates as the project evolves.
