We’re pleased to see that our residential and commercial project at Varcoe Road SE16 for client Pocket Living has been shortlisted in the Best Affordable Housing Category (under £10m) at the Inside Housing Development Association Awards 2021.

Varcoe Road SE16 was designed by architect Macreanor Lavington and comprises 57 one-bedroom units across seven floors – delivering compact, affordable, high quality accommodation which is accessible to first time buyers. Each home is cleverly designed to maximise the feeling of space and create a homely, efficient environment.

Shared spaces include a lobby area, co-working space, sunroom, bike storage and two landscaped, part-covered roof terraces for resident use. This development embraces sustainable elements and the commercial part of the scheme was delivered achieving BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
