We are excited to be making great progress on our mixed-use hotel-led scheme in Clerkenwell for client RE Capital. The new development at Vine Hill & Eyre St Hill comprises an eight storey, 153 room hotel, an affordable housing block and office space.

The hotel has been pre-let to Ruby Group for its new London Hotel, ‘Ruby Stella’. The foundations and ground floor of the hotel are nearing completion and the concrete frame from ground floor upwards is due to commence this week.

The office scheme involves the sensitive refurbishment and extension of a Victorian Ragged School building which will create 18,700 sq ft of Grade A office space. The internal structural alterations to the office building are well underway and the steelwork to the extension is progressing, with installation of the timber floors due to commence in a few weeks.
