We are pleased to share final pics of our recently completed Stour Road student accommodation scheme for CA Ventures – Wick Park.

Wick Park is located just a 4 minute bike ride or 15 minute walk to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, which features a hub of campuses including UAL, UCL, Loughborough University London and Staffordshire University London and LMA.

The stylish Stour Road scheme consists of 330 bed student accommodation and a commercial block. Beautifully designed communal spaces include a dry bar, an amphitheatre, karaoke room and on-site gym. The scheme also encompasses incubator workspace for graduates, artists’ studios, and exhibition and performance space. HG self-delivered the RC frame and piling on this scheme.

We have completed a number of schemes in this area over the past few years, including a Dace Road scheme for Southern Housing just across the road.

It was a pleasure to work with CA Ventures to deliver one of their first schemes in the UK and we would like to recognise the project team for their hard work and dedication throughout the construction of this impressive scheme.
