We are pleased to share photographs of our recently completed residential scheme for longstanding client Pocket Living.

Woodside Park N12 is located adjacent to Woodside Park Station in Barnet and comprises 86 one-bedroom homes across two separate buildings, each rising to four storeys with rooftop gardens offering planting and allotment beds. The homes will be sold to Barnet’s first-time buyers at a 20% discount to the local market.

We have a wealth of experience in delivering challenging and complex London schemes, which has proven invaluable on this project. Recognition is due to the project team who successfully navigated the challenges associated with the site’s close proximity to the railway track. As well as negotiating access to the site via Woodside Park Station, the project required the connection of all new services and ongoing collaboration with TFL to ensure smooth delivery of the works.

The overhead shots in particular show the scheme’s proximity to the railway line, and also illustrate how well the new scheme blends in with the surrounding environment. With stylish external brickwork, perfectly formed internal spaces and an exceptional location for public transport, we hope the residents enjoy living in their new Pocket homes!
