We are making great progress at our Alscot Rd/Bermondsey Spa Gardens site. We are continuing with fitout and the pre-manufactured bathroom pods are on site and being connected and commissioned. Internal fitout is underway on all levels from ground to sixth floor and brickworks are almost complete with the scaffold strike underway.

This scheme is our fifth project for Alumno Developments and will provide fully integrated facilities for 143 students. As well as high-quality rooms, the student residents will be able to benefit from shared amenities including a basement cinema lounge, study room and community area. The development is close to Bermondsey underground station and is conveniently located for students attending local higher educational institutions.
